A building made in the 1930s with protected facades,inscribed in the Spanish historicist style, receives the momentum of modernization that distinguishes this exclusive area of Madrid.

It also has a very unusual semi-insulated layout and an exceptional private inner courtyard.

The Project

The building is located in Padilla 66 street, in Salamanca neighborhood, the most exclusive residential area of Madrid.

The Barrio de Salamanca is characterized by being one of the most emblematic residential areas representative of all Spain and having many classic styles buildings and palaces of great value and architectural beauty.

The Padilla 66 project includes the integral rehabilitation of the existing building,with an architectural performance of great value that will allow to expand the number of homes up to a total of 25 units and provide the building with a magnificent underground private parking with 36 parking spaces and storage rooms.

It will seek to create a timeless balance,considering a combination of species that provide sasustained range of colors throughout the year.

Among them,we can count on several combinations such as Acer Palmatum and Liquidambar,which will provide reddish colors, while the Agapanthus provide purple and white colors,together with green and yellow Olives and Eleagnus ebbingei.

A combination between vertical cusps and different heights that will give a unique atmosphere and a private environment to the owners.
