The real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, has presented the Investors’ Survey report, drawn up from a survey of well-known investors, which allows us to know their vision of the Spanish market. According to the report, investors have 40.000 million available to invest in the real estate market in Spain.
More than 51% of the investors surveyed say that they will not change their investment strategy after the pandemic, 33% are reconsidering the risk profile and 16% are evaluating different asset options.
